Very excited to have Chef David Arseneau (and new boys club regular) take us on a hands-on culinary journey for episode 5.Dave's been a chef for 20+ years and is currently the executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at Nordik Spa In Chelsea.Dave will help us prep a feast as we'll be learning how to breakdown whole muscle Alberta beef to steaks, develop an accompanying compound butter and a Caesar salad from scratch, all perfect timing for a summer BBQ night. All will be paired with canapés, complementing wine, beer and cocktails.The cost for our BBQ feast includes all food, drink, and a donation to the Ottawa Food Bank.Location will be shared after RSVP'ing but will be taking place in Old Ottawa South.Space is limited to 12 guests so we're going first come first served.If this is your first time considering attending a new boys club event, learn a bit more here.

For mental health, for friendship, and more.The new boys club is a private yet open social club for men to congregate and in the process grow, learn, share, and have a damn good time. Launched in May 2024, it hosts quarterly curated events exploring new ways of congregating and building connections.The goal of each event is to share a memorable experience that's conducive to building stronger relationships while exploring topics and discussions that forge new bonds.
